- It’s of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, seasoned, cooked and cut into cubes.
- It’s of romaine hearts, cut into thin slices.
- Prepare of container of arugula.
- You need of cucumber, peeled, sliced, and quartered.

- Prepare of pistachios, roughly chopped.
