Step By Step Instructions To Make This Perfect Milky Gireba Recipe

Step 1: Sift The Flour

Using the sifter, sift the all-purpose flour into the medium mixing bowl. Make sure to thoroughly sift to remove any clumps. 

Step 2: Combine The Dry Ingredients

In the medium mixing bowl with the sifted flour, add the rest of the dry ingredients. This should include sugar and salt. Stir to combine. 

Step 3: Add The Wet Ingredients
