- Prepare 1 cup of maida.
- You need 1 tsp of instant yeast.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black and while sesame seeds.
- You need 1/4 cup of lukewarm milk.

- Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water,mix and leave for 5 minutes..
- Mix oil,maida and salt to a crumbled state.Add yeast mixture.Add red chilli powder and chaat masala..
- Knead to a soft dough till 5 minutes.Apply some oil on dough,cover and rest in a warm place for 60-70 minutes..
- After then again knead the dough to remove the air.Divide into 2-3equall balls..
- Make a shape of bun-roll.keep in the baking tray and cover.leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180°cfor10 minutes.
- Brush the buns/rolls with milk.Apply seseme seeds and bake them for 25 minutes at 180 °c..
- After 25 minutes,take out rolls.Apply a lil butter on it.Serve..
