There’s always a way to make your favorite dishes, that may not be the healthiest, healthier. An example of such is this Healthy Vegan Hot Chocolate Drink. It uses monk fruit sweetener, a naturally sweet and zero-calorie sweetener, rather than processed and refined sugars to make this wonderfully soothing and delicious batch of vegan hot chocolate.

  • Coffee Mug
  • Measuring Utensils
  • Measuring Cup
  • Small Saucepan
  • Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
  • 5 Drops Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener Or To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the small saucepan on low heat before adding the other ingredients.
  • In the small saucepan, add in all of the ingredients---the cacao powder, plant-based milk, and liquid monk fruit (can also use granulated monk fruit).
  • When the mixture reaches your desired temperature, pour into the coffee mug and enjoy!
