There’s nothing quite like a fruity dish of creamy sweetness! This Tasty Pineapple Fluff Pudding is practically effortless to make and pairs well as a side dish, or dessert, at potlucks and barbeques.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 20 Ounces Crushed Pineapple With The Juice
  • 8 Ounces Cool Whip
  • 1½-2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • ¾-1 Cup Shredded Coconut Sweetened
  • Cup Maraschino Cherries Halves

Instructions
 

  • In the large bowl, add the crushed pineapple with the juice. Then add in the vanilla pudding mix. Using the whisk, combine the crushed pineapple and vanilla pudding mix together.
  • Now that the crushed pineapple and vanilla pudding mix has been thoroughly combined, it’s now time to add in the cool whip. Using the whisk, make sure to mix well to combine all of the ingredients together.
  • Now that the base ingredients have been thoroughly blended together, it’s time to add in the fun ingredients that provide more flavor. These include the sweetened shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, and maraschino cherries. Use the flat spatula to gently fold the ingredients into the base mixture.
  • Securely cover the bowl of Pineapple Fluff Pudding and place it in the fridge to chill for 1-2 hours until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

For some extra options to boost flavor and texture, add in a ½ cup of your nut of choice (pecans, walnuts, macadamias) or a ½ cup of pretzels!
