Vegan BLT Sandwich

Super easy to make, this vegan BLT is packed with crunchy goodness, protein, and carbs, that pair perfectly with butternut squash soup. It only takes a total of 10-15 minutes to prepare this bad boy vegan BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato) sandwich!

  • Butter Knife

  • Medium-Sized Skillet


  • 2 Slices Bread Of Choice
  • 6 Slices Vegan Bacon ex. Lightlife Bacon or SweetEarth Bacon
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Mayo Follow Your Heart Mayo or Hellman’s Vegan Dressing & Spread
  • ¼ Sliced Onion Red or White
  • ½ Medium Tomato
  • 2 Leaves Green Lettuce


  • Heat up the medium-sized skillet at medium heat. Once it heats up, add the vegan bacon slices. Cook the vegan bacon slices for 2-3 minutes, then flip to cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side. Remove from heat when done.
  • While waiting for the bacon to crisp, toast the bread to desire toasty-ness.
  • Spread the vegan may on each side of the toasted bread slices. On one side, add the vegan bacon slices, tomato, onion, and lettuce. Top with the other slice of bread.
  • It is optional to slice the sandwich in half before serving. Enjoy it with your yummy butternut squash soup!
