This Delicious Coral Reef Cocktail Recipe is easy to make at home. Equipment

  • Measuring Cup
  • Cocktail Glass
  • Shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ounces Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 1½ Ounces Vodka
  • ½ Cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • ½ Cup Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • Top With Sprite Soda
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Pineapple Wedge

Instructions
 

  • In the shaker, add enough ice to fill the shaker to about ¾ full. Then, add the Malibu coconut rum, vodka, pineapple juice, orange juice, and Angostura bitters.
  • Place the lid on the shaker. Shake the contents to thoroughly combine.
  • Add about ½ cup of ice to a cocktail glass. Strain the contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass.
  • Top the Coral Reef Cocktail with Sprite soda.
  • Garnish the Coral Reef Cocktail with a fresh pineapple wedge and lime wedge. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

A shaker is not completely necessary, though it is recommended to properly integrate the ingredients together. If you don’t have a shaker, simply pour the ingredients in the cocktail glass and give it a good stir with a straw or spoon.
