Banana Rice Paper Rolls

Fried banana rice paper rolls drizzled in caramel sauce – what more could you ask for from a dessert? This recipe is inspired by one from Create Kids Club, and it’s super easy to make.

  • 8 rice paper wrappers (spring roll wrappers will also work)
  • 4 medium bananas (cut in half)
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of apple pie spice
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • caramel sauce
  • vanilla ice cream

Step 1: Prepare

Gather all of the ingredients you need for this recipe. Using a fryer, skillet, or pan, add at least one inch of oil and heat to 350F. In a bowl, add the sugar and apple pie spice. Mix well and leave to one side.
